1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

Plot Twist is operated by Fourfold Brands LLC (“Plot Twist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, storefront, Shopify-powered cart and checkout, customer account, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked at checkout, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, or use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Services only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use our products or content for unlawful resale or fraudulent activity.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFE USE

We try to display product descriptions, images, prices, ingredients, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, and we may correct errors or update information at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Plot Twist Body Hair Removal Cream is a cosmetic product for external use. Read and follow all package directions and warnings, perform the required patch test, use only on permitted body areas, and never exceed the stated maximum application time. Individual results may vary. Information on our Services is general product information and is not medical advice. Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an unexpected reaction.

4. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or fulfilled.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final total are displayed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you choose Subscribe & Save, your first subscription order may be offered at an introductory price of $14.99. Unless otherwise shown at checkout, subsequent subscription orders renew automatically at $19.99 at the delivery frequency you select: every 4, 8, or 12 weeks. Applicable taxes and any charges disclosed at checkout may apply. By completing a subscription checkout, you expressly authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Subscriptions have no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You may stop or change an upcoming renewal at any time before the next scheduled billing date through your customer account or by contacting us. Where available, you may also skip, pause, reschedule, or change the delivery frequency. A request submitted after the scheduled billing has been processed may take effect for the following renewal.
