30-Day Return & First-Try Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Plot Twist.

Unopened Returns

Unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

First-Try Guarantee

For your first Plot Twist order, you may open and try one tube. If it isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is limited to one opened tube per customer and household.

Bundle Returns

A 2-pack or 3-pack is eligible for a full merchandise refund when no more than one tube has been opened and all remaining tubes are returned unopened and sealed.

For a 2-pack, the second tube must remain sealed. For a 3-pack, the second and third tubes must remain sealed.

The opened tube does not need to be mailed back unless we specifically request it. Bundles with more than one opened tube aren't eligible for a return unless the products are damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly. Plot Twist will provide a replacement or refund for the affected product and cover any required return shipping. Please keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions. If you experience an unexpected reaction, stop using the product and seek medical advice when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping for regular returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from a Plot Twist error. We don't charge restocking fees. Please contact us before returning anything; unauthorized returns might not be accepted.

Refunds

After your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Eligibility

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Plot Twist. Products purchased from another retailer must be returned through that retailer. Returns require reasonable proof of purchase and must comply with product directions. Empty or substantially consumed products aren't eligible, except where required by law.

Subscriptions

The first delivery of a subscription may qualify for the First-Try Guarantee. Opened subscription renewal products aren't eligible for return unless damaged or defective. Unopened and sealed renewal products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund for an existing shipment.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
