PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE

When you select a Plot Twist subscription, your first subscription order may be offered at an introductory price of $14.99. Unless otherwise shown at checkout, subsequent orders renew automatically at $19.99 at the delivery frequency you select: every 4, 8, or 12 weeks. Applicable taxes and any charges disclosed at checkout may apply. By completing checkout, you expressly authorize Plot Twist and its payment providers to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

A one-time purchase remains available separately. Subscriptions have no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

The $14.99 introductory price is limited to one subscription order per customer. If you cancel and later resubscribe, your new subscription will begin at the regular subscription price of $19.99. Eligibility may be determined using customer, household, shipping address, and payment information.

HOW TO MANAGE OR CANCEL

You may cancel or change an upcoming renewal at any time before the next scheduled billing date through the Manage Subscription link in your customer account or subscription emails. Where available, you may also skip an order, pause the subscription, reschedule a delivery, change the delivery frequency, or update your payment method. A request submitted after the scheduled billing has been processed may take effect for the following renewal.

If you cannot access the self-service controls, email ben@meetplottwist.com with the email address and order number associated with your subscription. We will help process the request.

WHEN CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or processed.

If a renewal has been charged but has not entered fulfillment, contact us promptly. We will cancel and refund it when operationally possible. Once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped, the order cannot always be canceled and our Return and Refund Policy applies.

Canceling a single unfulfilled shipment or submitting an order-cancellation request does not necessarily cancel the underlying subscription. Use Manage Subscription or contact us to stop future recurring charges.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The first delivery of a subscription may qualify for our First-Try Guarantee as described in the Return and Refund Policy. Opened subscription renewal products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective. Unopened and sealed renewal products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under that policy.

Damaged, leaking, defective, missing, or incorrect products remain eligible for replacement or refund regardless of subscription status.

CHANGES, NOTICES, AND PAYMENT FAILURES

We will provide notices required by applicable law. If we propose a material change to the recurring price or frequency, we will provide advance notice and obtain consent where required.

If a recurring payment fails, Shopify or our payment provider may retry the payment and notify you. Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be completed.
